The purpose of the Personnel Team is to oversee and coordinate the management of the ministerial staff, support staff, and all hourly employees of the Church. We want to insure that proper employment practices and procedures are utilized.
Additionally, this team will be responsible to establish the salary packages for all ministerial staff, support staff, and hourly employees.
