Property & Space Team is responsible for all aspects of tangible church assets such as facilities, property, vehicles, etc. Responsible is defined as insuring the safe, reliable, and visually appealing upkeep and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, vehicles, etc., owned by Ballwin Baptist Church.
Specific methods used to maintain the facilities are varied. Usually, projects are identified, prioritized, and quotations received from prospective contractors. Occasionally, Property & Space leads volunteer labor from the entire church for a project.
