Implication: A good structure promotes unity and downplays DIFFERENCE
II. The Church is a FAMILY
So we operate on the basis of RELATIONSHIPS not RULES
III. The Church Is A BODY 
Therefore, we function on the basis of SPIRITUAL GIFTS not ELECTED OFFICERS
Our Structure
•The people are the “MINISTERS”
•The pastors are the “EQUIPPERS”
IV. The Church Is A FLOCK (Jesus’ favorite description of the church) Therefore, it is cared for and led by shepherds
