Russian Church
Ballwin Baptist Slavic Church began on May 9, 1998. Pastor Leo Tokarchuk and approximately twelve other families began the church. Their beliefs are conservative and fundamental. They also support the inerrancy of the Bible. Their worship is centered in Bible study, not only on Sunday, but also as whole families meeting together in homes throughout the week. They observe believers baptism, usually in a lake or river, and partake of the Lord's Supper on a regular basis. The church is a member of the Slavic Baptist Association of the Midwest.
