The Building Committee is made up of 7-8 church members who share the desire to follow God's will for building expansion at Ballwin Baptist. Their backgrounds are varied from construction to project management to architecture to lay person. They have been meeting on an 'as required' basis to perform studies of the church's buildings, growth & attendance and produce, with the help of an Architectural firm, a master site plan and building growth plan.

The Building Committee's Presentation of the Phase I Building Plan was given on Sunday Evening, October 16, 2005. This presentation outlines the details of the Phase I plan showing floor plans and views of the new building. This project is underway, with excavation begun in August, 2006, and an anticipated completion date of the first of August, 2007.
